Hi! I'm, Maria Dalmazio of Tony's Italian Deli. I've had a dream for years of developing a very special authentic Italian cook book. The new cook book will be called “Nonna's Treasured Italian Recipes”. I've had a love of real Italian cooking my whole life, and there is nothing better than enjoying these wonderful meals with family and friends. Many of these recipes have been passed down for generations. The stories and history behind the recipes will be a big part of the content of the book. It will be more than a simple cook book – it will be a real human interest story.

We would love to hear your story and feature your recipe in this wonderful treasured keepsake.

Terms and Conditions: Submitted recipes may be used in Nonna's Treasured Italian Recipes cook book at the sole discretion of the writers, with no monetary compensation provided to the submitter. Recognition of the origin of the recipe will be included (if desired) and (1) free printed/autographed cook book will be provided to each chosen submission upon the completed printing of the first volume of the book. The recipe may be tested and photographed in its prepared form by our professional staff.
